Can I book ski, snowboard or bike lessons online?
Yes! You can book all lessons online at www.oxygene-shop.com, www.oxygene.ski or www.oxygene.bike, or contact us by email or phone.
Do you deliver rental equipment to chalets?
Yes! Ski or snowboard equipment can be delivered to your chalet, but e-bikes, road bikes and climbing/via ferrata equipment must be collected from our shop.
What safety equipment do I need?
Helmets are mandatory for e-bikes, road bikes, snowboard lessons and children under 13 for skiing. We also highly recommend them for climbing/ via ferrata which you can rent directly from our shop too.
Is my equipment insured?
Oxygène provides optional insurance for ski and snowboard rentals, as well as e-bikes and climbing equipment. You’re responsible for personal insurance against accidents or theft.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Changes are possible up to 30 days before your activity (subject to availability). Cancellations follow our policy: full refund >30 days, no refund <30 days.
What if the weather is bad or lifts are closed?
Weather and lift closures are outside our control. Lessons or rentals cannot be refunded, but we’ll do our best to offer alternatives when possible.
