2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">These Terms &amp; Conditions apply to all bookings at Oxyg\u00e8ne Shop Serre Chevalier, including <strong>ski, snowboard, e-mountain bike, road bike, guided activities, and equipment rentals<\/strong> (including climbing and via feratta harnesses). By booking, you accept these Terms in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Additional costs disclosed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Cancellations by Customer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">More than 30 days: full refund minus third-party costs (e.g., lift passes).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Less than 30 days: no refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Cancellations by Oxyg\u00e8ne:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">More than 30 days: refund deposit + 10%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Less than 30 days: full refund + 10%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Alternative sessions or refunds offered if canceled due to instructor illness or lack of participants.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">No refunds for weather or natural events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Liability &amp; Safety<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Ski, snowboard, climbing, via ferrata, and bike activities involve inherent risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Instructors are fully responsible for lessons; Oxyg\u00e8ne is not liable for accidents, weather, lift issues, or Customer skill level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Helmets are mandatory for children under 13 and highly recommended for all ski\/snowboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Helmets are <strong>mandatory for all e-bike, mountain bike, and road bike participants<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Customers must follow trail, road, climbing, and via ferrata safety rules, and respect other users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Customers must have personal accident insurance covering medical costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Equipment Rental<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Ski &amp; Snowboard Equipment:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">On-site and chalet delivery\/fitting available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Equipment checked before rental; must be returned in the same condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Customers are responsible for damage, theft, or loss. Optional insurance available on site.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Valid credit card and ID required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>e-Mountain &amp; Road Bikes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Equipment must be returned in the same condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Deposit: \u20ac1,500 per bike; ID and credit card required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Customers are responsible for damage caused by falls, misuse, poor storage, or theft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Oxyg\u00e8ne will repair or provide compensation for failures not caused by the Customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Climbing &amp; Via Ferrata Harnesses:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Customers must return harnesses in good condition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Helmets and other PPE must be worn where required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Customers are responsible for damage, loss, or misuse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Deposit and ID required; deposit returned on safe return of equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Replacement costs (examples):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Adult e-bike: \u20ac4,800 \/ Child e-bike: \u20ac2,200<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Road bikes: cost depends on bike category; details available in store<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Components: derailleur \u20ac20\u2013\u20ac89, full wheel \u20ac150\u2013\u20ac180, helmet \u20ac40\u2013\u20ac50<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Ski &amp; snowboard: replacement costs vary by category<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Climbing harness: replacement cost as per equipment category<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Rentals start from the moment of pickup and end upon return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>5. Boot fitting:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Professional boot fitting is an option when purchasing new boots from the Oxyg\u00e8ne Shop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Customers must attend scheduled fitting appointments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Misuse or modification of boots outside fitting will not lead to a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Lesson &amp; Activity Guidelines<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Arrive on time; late arrivals cannot claim refunds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Group lessons (ski\/snowboard): max <strong>8 participants<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Trail, lift, or climbing route interruptions outside Oxyg\u00e8ne control do not entitle Customers to refunds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Photos &amp; Videos<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Customers may appear in promotional materials. Notify Oxyg\u00e8ne in writing to opt out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Personal Data<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Processed for booking and Service management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Customers can access, correct, or delete data via email: <strong><a>bookings@oxygene.ski<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9.
